Where does Utica City FC play?

Utica City FC plays all of their 12 regular season home matches at the Adirondack Bank Center, which is located at 400 Oriskany St W, Utica NY 13502.

Where do I park when attending at Utica City FC match?

The Adirondack Bank Center offers two lots for the general public to park in on match days. Both lots are located on Whitesboro Street, and cost $5.

Where do I enter the Adirondack Bank Center?

The Adirondack Bank Center has three entrances – the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance, Steet Ponte Ticket Entrance, and Aqua Vino Season Ticket Member Entrance. Fans are encouraged to use all entrances. The main entrance, the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance, is often log-jammed with patrons when it gets close to match time. 

What are the prohibited items at the Adirondack Bank Center?

The Adirondack Bank Center asks that guests refrain from bringing in outside food & beverage, audio/video/professional photography equipment (unless permitted with a media credential), laser pens, any marketing/promotional handouts, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs/paraphernalia, alcohol, and any other items deemed to be inappropriate by Adirondack Bank Center Management. If you have an item you are unsure of, please call ahead of time.

What time do doors open for a Utica City FC match?

Doors open at 1:00 PM for a 2 PM match time. We encourage fans to arrive ahead of time to enjoy concession options or browse the building before it fills up.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Utica City FC tickets will be available for pickup at will call, located inside the Labatt Blue Ticket entrance.

Do my tickets need to be printed?

No, tickets are able to be scanned directly from your phone. If you are a Season Ticket Member, you can also add your season tickets to your Apple Wallet. Please visit the Observer Dispatch Fan Zone for more information.

Where do I buy tickets for a Utica City FC match?

If available, tickets may be purchased at the box office, located in the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance. During game time, tickets may also be purchased at the Observer-Dispatch Fan Zone window. You may also purchase tickets online at empirestatetix.com or by calling 315-790-9070. Box office hours are MON-FRI 9-5 and on event days beginning at noon.

Can I leave the Adirondack Bank Center and come back?

No, the Adirondack Bank Center has a no re-entry policy. 

What are the hours of the Team Store?

The official team store will be open from 1 PM to the end of the match. Non-gameday hours are 10-4 PM, MON-FRI. Purchases can also be made online at http://utica-comets.shoplightspeed.com.

What are my ADA options at the Adirondack Bank Center?

If you are in a wheelchair or need special assistance, the Adirondack Bank Center Management will be more than happy to assist you throughout the building. Please be sure to call the box office ahead of time to secure your handicapped tickets, as supplies are extremely limited. The Adirondack Bank Center is equipped with an elevator for any lower-level handicapped needs.

What are my food and drink options at the Adirondack Bank Center?

The concourse of the Adirondack Bank Center features four (4) concession stands, including Sweet Tooth (desserts), Kookie’s Q (BBQ), and Oriskany St. Grill (healthy options). There are also four (4) concession stands dedicated to beer sales (21+). Food options range from chicken fingers & fries to burgers to pizza to popcorn and more.  

The Corona Premier Biergarten is a new space exclusive to Utica City FC games. For just $25, you will receive, access to the Corona Premier Field-Level Biergarten & Kilfoil’s Irish Pub, all-you-can eat authentic German food, City Pints, served in Utica City FC-branded souvenir steins (available exclusively at Corona Premier Biergarten), and field-level viewpoints for Utica City FC matches. The Corona Premier Biergarten tickets are sold on a per-game basis via www.empirestatetix.com or by calling or visiting the Adirondack Bank Center box office. Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a $20 group ticket. Existing Season Ticket Members are also able to purchase Corona Premier Biergarten passes at a discounted rate of $15. 

 Finally, 72 Tavern & Grill is a new sports bar & full-service restaurant attached to the Adirondack Bank Center. It is open 7 days a week, 11 AM – 11 PM. It is the perfect spot to grab a pre or postgame drink or bite with your friends and family. There is no re-entry permitted between 72 Tavern and the Adirondack Bank Center. 

 There are gluten free options available throughout the building. 

How can I pay for my food or apparel at the Adirondack Bank Center?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash. The Adirondack Bank Center is outfitted with two ATMs.

Can I bring in signs and banners to cheer on Utica City FC?

The Adirondack Bank Center encourages fans to bring in non-obtrusive signs and banners. They may not be mounted on any dangerous equipment, such as poles or sticks.

How do I transfer my tickets if I’m not able to attend a match?

Utica City FC’s ticketing staff is always available during matches or business hours to help you transfer your tickets if you are not able to attend a match.

How do I request a birthday shoutout during a match?

Birthday or special event shoutouts should be sent to erickowiatek@uticacomets.com with the date of the event in the subject line. Birthday requests must be sent in no later than 48 hours in advance. 

What do I do if a ball gets kicked into the crowd during a match?

Due to MASL policy, any balls that fly into the crowd during a match must be tossed back onto the field. If you or someone you know are injured by a kicked ball, please notify the nearest usher immediately.
