UCFC FAQ

We thank you for your loyal support and patience during these unprecedented times during the COVID-19 outbreak. We will be updating this page with the latest information in real time as it becomes available.

Have matches been cancelled?

The MASL regular season has been cancelled. We are working to connect with all ticket holders that own tickets to any of the last three home matches of the season (March 8, March 14 and March 15) to go over their options.

Will there be playoffs?

An official decision has not yet been made regarding the MASL playoffs. The league has expressed a desire to find a way to conduct the post-season. For those that have purchased tickets for the first round of the playoffs, a Utica City FC post-season policy will be released at a later time.

How will Utica City FC Season Ticket Members get compensated for un-played matches?

Our Season Ticket Members are the heart and soul of our fan-base, and we appreciate your patience during these uncertain times. You will be able to choose from the options below pertaining to your un-played matches:

  • Double Vouchers- Receive two vouchers for the 2020-21 regular season (excluding our first match of the season) for each ticket you purchased to an un-played match. These vouchers may be redeemed in person at the Box Office or at Fan Zone. Tickets are issued based on availability.
  • Credit Rollover- You may rollover your credit from un-played match tickets to your season ticket balance for 2020-21. This is a dollar for dollar roll-over.
  • Full Refund- You may be refunded for the full amount of the matches un-played on the credit card used to purchase your season ticket.

Can I be refunded for my single match purchase?

All single match UCFC purchasers for our final three remaining home matches are eligible for the following options:

  • Double Vouchers- Receive two vouchers for the 2020-21 regular season (excluding our first match of the season) for each ticket you purchased to an un-played match. These vouchers may be redeemed in person at the Box Office or at Fan Zone. Tickets are issued based on availability.
  • Full Refund- You may be refunded for the full amount of the matches un-played on the original credit card used to purchase your ticket(s).

I have an unused voucher from this season that I was unable to redeem, what are my options?

Please e-mail us at info@adkbankcenter.com and a representative will reach out to you directly to review your options.

What are my options for my group/ hospitality area purchased for an un-played match?

Please contact the ticket representative that you booked your outing with to discuss all of your solutions regarding your group.

I renewed for the 2020-2021 season and enrolled in a payment plan. Due to the current circumstances, will you still process my next payment on time?

Due to the current landscape of COVID-19 we have made the decision to suspend all payment plans from running until further notice. If you would prefer to remain on your original payment plan or would like to make a payment toward your season ticket balance you may do so by request to info@adkbankcenter.com.

When will decisions on future matches be made?

There has not been a timetable set for when play can resume. The MASL is continuously working on the best way to resume once it becomes safe for fans. We will provide updates to our fans as soon as information is available to us.
