UTICA CITY STATEMENT REGARDING 2019-20 SEASON

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) has decided to end the 2019-2020 regular season effective immediately. The league’s Board of Directors voted unanimously this afternoon to act in the best interests of the players, staff and fans of the league. This decision comes following the suspension of many other professional sports leagues across the world.

Utica City FC is committed to protecting its players and fans, which includes keeping everyone safe and healthy during this time. As an organization, we know that the MASL has followed the correct measures and will continue to do so in order to control and quell COVID-19.

At this time, we ask Season Ticket Members and fans to be patient while we release information regarding next steps. As an organization, Utica City FC stands by its fans, players and employees through this unprecedented time in our nation’s history of sports and entertainment and looks forward to stepping back on the blue turf in front of all of you. On behalf of the whole organization, we greatly appreciate your support as we stand together with our City, our area and our sport.
